The Reason for this Luncheon.....
Anyone who knows Mona, knows that she loves Oprah Winfrey. Last summer Oprah did a luncheon honoring African
American female legends. Women who changed the world for the women of today.
Mona has always wanted to find a way to honor the women who have done so much to shape her life. We, her family
wanted to give those that felt she had made an impact on their lives a chance to say thank-you as well.

Mona does NOT know about this......
Again, Mona has no clue that this will occur on Saturday August 5, 2006 and we would like to keep it that way.
This is a time for any woman old or young that would like to sit and enjoy a somber time of reflection of reminisce with Mona
to do so.
We are asking all women that attend to wear Summer Colors, as we will be taking a picture at the luncheon. The
Attire is Luncheon Chic and we know that all of you will be absolutely gorgeous. There will be a
program and pictures with the luncheon. Again, there is limited seating available for this event so you must RSVP on
the RSVP page as soon as possible.

Impact Book....
Whether you can join us or not, we are asking everyone and anyone to sign the guest book through the link below.
We are putting together a book of memories, impactful moments that Mona has made on your life or that you have made on hers.
We will present this book to her at the luncheon. Feel free to tell SHORT stories, antecdotes, give advice
she's given you etc.... We are asking that all entries be made by July 15, 2006 so that the book will be printed
and available for the luncheon on August 5. If you have pictures, or items that you would like to be included and you
are not able to send through the internet, please mail them to the mailing address on the information page.
